Hello my name is Eric Huisman. I am a hard working, single father of two amazing twin nine year old boys. They are my world. On March 2nd 2023 my father passed away unexpectedly in his sleep. It was devastating to lose my dad. As I cried for the loss of my father the very next day the love of my life and mother to my kids was preparing dinner to bring to my mom’s. As I entered the kitchen there she was on the floor blue and unresponsive. I tried my best to save her with CPR and called 911. When they took her to the ambulance I cried with my boys knowing she was gone. I had her for 14 years and she died from an enlarged heart that we didn’t know about. In those 14 years I played a mobile app game and that is where I met Raymond. We knew each other for a while but we really connected after the losses of our loved ones. He promised he would help out and here we are! As I try real hard to be the best father, coach, and provider, I am looking forward to the fundraising concert. Thank you .
